Q.  How do I make a reservations? A.  You can book online, email,  or call us at (903) 765-2987 to check availability.  To book the room, we will need some information including your name, phone number, and credit card number to guarantee the reservation.  You can also give us your email address to receive a confirmation email.  Q.  When will my credit card be charged? A.  We will not charge you until you arrive.  At that time, you can even choose a different form of payment. Q.  If you won’t be charging my credit card, why do you need it? A.  We need your credit card to guarantee your reservation.  We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.  As long as you cancel before 72 hours of your check in date, you will not be charged.  Q. What is your cancellation policy? A. You will not be charged if you cancel your reservation before 72 hours of your check in time.  If you do not cancel in time, or you no show, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.  Q.  Are pets allowed in any of your rooms? A.  We have designated motel rooms that are pet friendly.  Please let us know when you are bringing a pet so we can place you in the correct, pet friendly motel room.  Q. What is your pet policy? A.  Only one dog per room, must be 30lbs or less, credit card on file for any damages, $30 one time cleaning fee, and you will need to sign our pet agreement upon check in.  Q.  What time is check in? A.  Check in is 3pm.  Our housekeeping works extremely hard to provide you with a clean place to stay.  We appreciate your understanding when we can’t get you into your room early.  Q. What time is check out? A. Check out is at 11am. Q. Can I get a later check out time? A. As long as your room is not reserved for another guest that date, a later check out can be possible, but only if granted by the front desk.  Otherwise you may be charged, or have your items removed for not checking out on time. Q.  What if I arrive after business hours? A. We will leave your room unlocked with the key inside.  We will attach a map on the storefront door with your last name, showing you where to go.  We can answer any questions by email after business hours. Q. Is there any overnight camping? A. Yes, we do have nightly RV spots as well as Tent sites for rent.  RV spots are $30 a night, and Tent sites are $20. Q. What do the tent sites include? A. Each tent site has electricity but not running water.  There are showers and bathrooms available to use while you stay.  Q. What do the RV sites include? A. 30 or 50amp hook up (please specify what you need when making a reservation), as well as water and sewer hook up.  No tents are allowed in the RV area.  Q. Is there a restaurant on site? A. Yes, the Lake Fork Roadhouse is located on site and is open from 5am-2pm for breakfast and lunch.  We are also located less than a mile from other restaurants that serve dinner.   Q. Is there a swimming area or swimming pool? A. We do have a swimming pool available for use when you stay in a motel room or rent an RV site.  Tent campers can use the pool for an additional fee.  Q. When is your swimming pool open? A. Our pool is seasonal, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.  The hours are from 10am-7pm.  There is no lifeguard, you must swim at your own risk.
