What's Included in Annual RV Lease
Water, sewer, garbage, plus use of amenities. Residents are responsible for power utility.
How Do I Lease a Lot?
Come inside the store at Lake Fork Resort where the office is located to fill out an application and sign a lease. All lots are leased by the year. Annual and monthly payment options are available. Payments must be made before moving RV in.
Choose our Monthly Payment Option
You can now pay monthly for your annual RV spot. Auto payment setup is required to have the monthly payment option for your annual lease. Decision of payment plan must be made before move in, with either the annual lease paid in full, or first monthly payment plus fees made. Chosen payment plan will be carried out for the entire year of the lease. Once the year is up, the payment plan can be switched. Below is a list of the different payment amounts. Please look up your annual lease amount to see what your monthly payment amount would be if you choose this option.
All other charges will be in addition to the monthly fee and will be due with the first month's payment (SRA pier, & pump fees, permanent resident fees, etc).
Monthly Payments

Choose to pay annual lease amounts $1800-$1900 upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $275 for the year using auto draft.
$325
Choose to pay annual lease amount $2000 upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $325 for the year using auto draft.
$350
Choose to pay annual lease amount $2100 upfront or be charged a monthly base payment of $350 for the year using auto draft.
