While You Stay

Check in is at 3pm. If your room is ready early, you can check in sooner. Check out is 11am. Please check with the store for later check out times. There is a late check out charge, based on availability. Items left in rooms will be brought to the store. Lost and Found is kept for 30 days. You may leave your keys in the room on the nightstand to check out. Please note the $25 charge for unreturned keys.

We offer free Satellite WiFi. Speeds can be weather dependent, and outages are common in our rural area. Please look for the Lake Fork Resort (Motel) network. The password can be found on the bottom of your motel invoice.

Please visit or contact the store 903-765-2987 during business hours, or call 469-343-4103 for after hours assistance. For life threatening emergencies, please call 911 for the Wood County Sheriff.

Housekeeping services are offered most days. This includes garbage removal, towel replacement, and replenishment of guest supplies. For days there aren't housekeeping, or if you need the items sooner, please stop by the store for clean towels and supplies.

We offer basic DISH channels. DISH changes their network periodically making some channels unavailable. Please do not come to the lake to watch TV, or plan to download your shows in advance.

When you have a reservation, and we know you are arriving in advance, housekeeping will set the thermostat accordingly to get your room to temperature. If you were a walk up, or we did not get to your thermostat, it may take some time to reach temperature. Please lower the temperature in phases to keep the unit from freezing, keep blinds and door closed, and allow time to get your room to reach temperature.

We no longer have a restaurant on site, but we do offer a snack bar. Purchase frozen foods to bring back to your room to cook, or cook in our microwaves. We have a food truck parks next to the store on the weekends.

Our tackle store has a wide selection and variety of products to choose from. If you don't see an item you are looking for, we can place a special order. You can also order online for pick up so your items are ready for you when you arrive.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Our anglers fish all hours of the day so please be respectful of those that could still be sleeping. We have a fire pit area outside next to the pool for those that need to avoid being loud in their rooms.
