As much as we love welcoming our furry friends, it's essential to adhere to our policy to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Read below for details.

Cancellation Policy
With our 48-hour cancellation policy, you can book your stay with confidence, knowing that you have the flexibility to adapt to unexpected circumstances. Read below for details.
Your Reservation
- Check in is 3pm.
- Check out is 11am.
- 48 hour cancellation policy. If your reservation is not canceled before 48 hours of your check in time, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
- $25 fee for lost keys.
- $75 fee for lost remotes.
- $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. All rooms are no smoking rooms.
- No cleaning fish inside rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of fish inside the rooms.
- $250 fee for bringing a pet inside a non pet friendly unit, or not disclosing a pet even if in a pet friendly unit.
- $250 cleaning fee will be charged when excessive cleaning is required (speciality chemicals plus longer labor) due to obvious party, human or pet fluids, and/or misuse of motel room.
- A credit card will be held on file and charged for any damages that may occur.
- Late check outs can only be granted if available, by the office. If you are not out of your room by check out time, you may be charged an additional day, or your items will be removed from the room and placed in the office.
- No refunds for early check outs.
- You are responsible for your own items. Keep them inside your vehicle or boat at your own risk. Lake Fork Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- We keep lost and found items for 14 days after being found. Contact us if you feel you have left something behind.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
- If your plans change, let us know within 48 hours of your check in time or you will be charged for your stay, regardless of reason. If we can rent your room out we will not charge you, otherwise you will be held accountable for your reservation. We will do our part to make sure you have a room ready for you, we hope you will do your part to manage your reservation.
Pet Policy
- No big dogs or cats allowed. Dogs must be 40 lbs or less.
- No more than 1 pet may be housed in any motel room without prior approval of Lake Fork Resort.
- Lake Fork Resort reserves the right to refuse housing of any pet at it’s sole discretion for any reason.
- Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas at all times.
- Pets must be cleaned up after.
- If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists, or if the pet has bitten another guest or employee, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property.
- Lake Fork Resort reserves the right to refuse housekeeping services for those guest rooms with an unattended pet, not confined to a carrier. You may need to arrange a time to service your room with the front office staff in advance.
- Lake Fork Resort is not responsible for unattended pets that may exit the guest lodging entry door.
- Pets must be properly groomed for indoor conditions, and treated for any fleas or mites. Fumigation charges may incur if this is not the case.
- A nonrefundable Cleaning Fee of $65 will be charged.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by or liability arising from his/her pet to any person, guest room, or any other area of Lake Fork Resort. Payment of the Pet Cleaning Fee does not relieve the guest of this responsibility.
- Failure to disclose a pet will result in an automatic $250 cleaning fee.
